Kapashi Commercial Ltd announces conversion of 50 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Kapashi Commercial Ltd at its meeting held on Monday, April 25, 2022 has decided and allotted 50,00,000 (Fifty Lacs only) Equity Shares of the Company at a price of Rs. 57/- per share including Premium of Rs. 47/- per share to the allottees upon conversion of 50,00,00 warrants as earlier issued and allotted on preferential basis to Promoter and Non-Promoter Group.
