Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd at their meeting held on 23rd April 2022, has, approved payment of interim dividend for the F.Y. 21-22 @ Rs. 7.50 per share to the shareholders as per their entitlement.

The approved and fixed, 6th May 2022, as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for interim dividend 21-22.
