ICICI Bank to raise upto Rs. 250 billion

The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Ltd at its Meeting held today has approved the fund raising by way of issuances of debt securities including by way of non-convertible debentures in domestic markets upto an overall limit of Rs. 250.00 billion, by way of private placement and issuances of bonds / notes / offshore certificate of deposits in overseas markets upto USD 1.50 billion in single / multiple tranches for a period of one year, from the date of passing of resolution by the Board.

Shares of ICICI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 747.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 762.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 531518 in over 12274 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 757.85 and intraday low of 746.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 400158572.00.
