Moneyboxx Finance Ltd approves preferential issue at Rs. 115 per share

The Board of Directors of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd has at its meeting held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 (i.e. today), considered and approved the issuance of up to maximum of 22,75,441 Equity shares of the Company by way of Preferential Allotment.

The board approved issue of up to maximum of 22,75,441 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares"), on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") at a price of Rs. 115/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 26,16,75,715 (Rupees Twenty-Six Crore Sixteen Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand and Seven Hundred Fifteen), subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and such regulatory / statutory authorities as may be applicable.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 127.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 126.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2285 in over 35 trades.
