Nazara Technologies updates on Investment in equity shares of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited

Nazara Technologies Limited has consummated the acquisition of equity stake of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 9,99,99,950/- (Rupees Nine Crores Ninety-Nine Lakhs Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Only) on April 20, 2022, consequent to achievement of the target revenue as provided under third closing of the Investment Agreement dated October 11, 2019. With this, the acquisition of equity shares under third closing of the Investment Agreement dated October 11, 2019 is completed.

Shares of Nazara Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1542.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1563.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18587 in over 3315 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1558.45 and intraday low of 1528.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28674650.00.
