Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Re.0.15 (15%) per equity share in its meeting held on April 22, 2022, taking the total dividend to Re.0.30 (30%) per equity share (face value of Re. 1/- per share) for the financial year 2021-2022, subject to approval of the Members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting, previous year Re. 0.25 (25%) per equity share (face value of Re. 1/- per share).

The Board of Directors have declared interim dividend of Re.0.15 (15%) per equity share in its meeting held on November 2, 2021.
