ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, at their Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, April 21, 2022, have approved and recommended final dividend of Rs. 5.0 per equity share i.e. at the rate of 50.0% of face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1400.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1364.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19853 in over 1847 trades.
