Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd at its Meeting held on Thursday, 21st April, 2022, have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22, @ 120 % i.e., Rs. 6/- per Equity share on face value of Rs. 5/- per share.

The Record Date for the Purpose of Interim Dividend shall be Friday, 29th April, 2022.

The Interim Dividend declared shall be paid on or from 5th May, 2022 to 19th May, 2022.
