Angel One Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Angel One Limited at its meeting held today have approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 2.25 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM")will be paid within 30 days from date of AGM.

Shares of Angel Broking Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1625.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1704.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 125695 in over 7683 trades.
