Tata Elxsi Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 42.50

The Board of Directors of Tata Elxsi Ltd at its meeting held on April 20, 2022, has recommended, subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 425% at Rs. 42.50 per share for the year 2021-22, subject to tax.
