Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd's subsidiary forms JV for Africa

EKC International FZE, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited ("the Company") (Dubai) has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Dr. Mohamed Saad Eldin, Chairman of Saad El Din Group, Egypt on April 19, 2022.

The agreement is to become the market leader of CNG cylinders manufacturing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), region by YE2026 leveraging on the strong track record and the know-how of EKC International Dubai and the high potential in the Egyptian and African Markets.

Shares of Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 211.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49104 in over 1447 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 216.35 and intraday low of 200.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10041882.00.
