Moneyboxx Finance to consider fund raising through NCDs, preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Moneyboxx Finance Limited (formerly Dhanuka Commercial Limited) (herein after referred as "the Company") is scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, to consider the proposal for raising of funds through Preferential Issue in compliance with applicable provisions subject to receipt of shareholders' approval in the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The board will also consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) through Private Placement in compliance with applicable provisions and in terms of applicable SEBI Regulations as amended subject to receipt of shareholders' approval in the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting and consider and discuss any other item as may be decided by the Board of the Company.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 128.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 126.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7613 in over 91 trades.
