Mindtree Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 27

The Board of Directors of Mindtree Ltd at its meeting held today, April 18, 2022 recommended a Final Dividend of 270% (Rs.27/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The Final Dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Twenty Third Annual General Meeting.

Shares of MindTree Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3960.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4097.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64237 in over 8239 trades.
