ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company recommends FY22 final dividend of Rs. 0.55

The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has at their meeting held today, i.e., Saturday, April 16, 2022, have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.55 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each, to the members of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend shall be paid to the eligible members within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 540.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 534.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39512 in over 1546 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 543.50 and intraday low of 531.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21355588.00.
