Mr. Tushar Mistry has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Sequent Scientific Limited on April 14, 2022, to pursue other professional opportunities. He will continue in his current role till the close of business hours on May 31, 2022.

The Board will announce his successor in due course.
