Adani Enterprises forms subsidiary for processing of minerals

Adani Enterprises Limited has incorporated a WOS namely, Alluvial Heavy Minerals Limited ("AHML"), on 13th April 2022, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs. 10,00,000/- each to, carry on manufacturing and processing of minerals, Ti02 Slag manufacturing, Pigment manufacturing etc. and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. AHML will commence its business operations in due course.

Shares of Adani Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2198.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2198.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82788 in over 4988 trades.
