Worth Investment and Trading Company Ltd approves allotment of 30.50 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Worth Investment and Trading Company Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. 13th April, 2022 held at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:30 AM have considered and approved allotment of 30,50,000 Equity Shares to the allottees.

Accordingly, now the Paid up Capital of the Company is increased from Rs 3,28,00,000/- consisting of 3280000 Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 6,33,00,000/- consisting of 6330000 Shares ofRs 10/- each.

Shares of Worth Investment & Trading Co Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 75.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.50 and intraday low of 72.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7170.00.
