Ashiana Housing Updates on Operations for FY 2021-22

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced the summary of performance of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2022.

The company has booked an area of 4.53 lakhs sq.ft. in Q4FY22, as against 4.21 lakhs sq.ft. in Q3FY22 and 8.30 lakhs sq.ft. in Q4FY21. In FY22, the company has booked an area of 14.76 lakhs sq.ft as compared to 14.97 lakhs sq.ft. in FY2021.

The value of sold area in Q4FY22 was Rs. 185.57 crores, as compared to Rs. 169.76 crores in Q3FY22 and Rs. 299.69 crores in Q4FY21. In FY22, the value of sold area was Rs. 573.25 crores as against Rs. 534.68 crores in FY2021.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 146.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2974 in over 173 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 147.05 and intraday low of 143.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 431143.00.
