ENIL arm enters into arrangmeent with FA Radio

Entertainment Network (India) Limited's subsidiary - Entertainment Network LLC has entered into a Brand and Content Licensing arrangement with Dallas - US based radio broadcaster - FA Radio International LLC ('FA Radio') to use the Company's trademarks and content. FA Radio operates Hindi/ Urdu language radio station currently branded as 'Azad FM'. It will now be rebranded as 'Mirchi' on mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

The Brand and Content licensing arrangement does not currently involve any financial commitments by the Company and will not have any immediate material impact on the Company's financials.

Shares of Entertainment Network (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 206.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 206.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 552 in over 26 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 210.15 and intraday low of 204.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 114921.00.
