Delta Corp Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Delta Corp Ltd at its meeting held on April 11, 2022, has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend @ 125% i.e. Rs. 1.25 per Equity Share. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
