Nestle India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Nestle India Ltd at their meeting held today declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees twenty-five only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2022 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 9,64,15,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each.

The Interim Dividend for the year 2022 will be paid on and from 6th May 2022 alongwith the final dividend for 2021, if approved by the shareholders at the 63rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 12th April 2022, to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, as on the Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e., 22nd April 2022.

Shares of Nestle India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 18431.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18175.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1197 in over 514 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18500.00 and intraday low of 18101.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21978928.00.
