Government announces Employee OFS in ONGC

Pursuant to the the approval given by Government of India on 29.03.2022, the President of India, acting through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India has proposed to offer up to 9,435,209 equity shares of face value of ₹5/- each to the eligible employees of the Company at a price of ₹159.80/- per equity share.

The Employee OFS shall remained open during 09th April (10:00 am) to 11th April 2022 (5:00 pm) (both days inclusive).

Shares of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 168.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 172.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 625075 in over 5965 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173.70 and intraday low of 168.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 106831648.00.
