KNR Ramagiri Infra Pvt Ltd achieves financial closure

KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of KNR Constructions Limited, is in receipt of letter from NHAI dated 06th April 2022, stating that the financial close has been noted on 30th March 2022 for the project of "Development of Six Lane Chittoor-Thatchur Highway from km 61.380 to km 96.040 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana, in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu (Package - III)."

Shares of KNR Constructions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 286.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 290.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13934 in over 760 trades.
