IDFC declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of the Directors of the IDFC Limited ('IDFC' or 'the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. April 06, 2022 has considered and declared an Interim Dividend of 10% i.e. Rs. 1 per equity share of the Company.

The Interim Dividend, shall be payable to all those equity shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as at close of day on April 20, 2022, being the record date for the purpose of the aforesaid Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or after May 01, 2022.

Shares of IDFC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 68.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2393246 in over 6738 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70.15 and intraday low of 64.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160095137.00.
