Ducon Infratechnologies fixes April 13, 2022 as record date for bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Ducon Infratechnologies Limited has considered and fixed the record date as Wednesday, 13th April, 2022 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each, for which the Company has obtained shareholders approval on Sunday, 3rd April, 2022.
