The Board of Directors of Gilada Finance and Investments Limited has allotted 7024600 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each fully paid up as Bonus Shares in the ratio of one bonus shares of Rs 5/- each against each equity share of Rs 5/- each fully paid. The corporate action for crediting the Bonus Shares shall be done after receipt of final approval from the Stock Exchange.
