Trigger Apparels Ltd ceases to be subsidiary of KG Denim Limited

Consequent to the allotment of 15,00,000 equity shares of M/s. Trigger Apparels Limited to its promoters through preferential issue on private placement basis, M/s. Trigger Apparels Limited ceased as wholly owned subsidiary and became a subsidiary of M/s. KG Denim Limited.
