Prakash Woollen announces delay in commercial production of expansion project

Prakash Woollen and Synthetic Mills Ltd had earlier announced regarding expansion plan to enhance production capacity of the company by 50%. The project was expected to complete by the end of financial year 2021 and commercial production was expected to commence from the beginning of the financial year i.e. April, 2022.

The commencement of the commercial production which was going to commence from April, 2022 got delayed due to certain unavoidable circumstances.

Shares of Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4971 in over 23 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.00 and intraday low of 70.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 351826.00.
