GE T&D India Ltd completes sale of Global Engineering Operations Division

GE T&D India Limited has announced the sale of the Global Engineering Operations Division (India for Global) to GE India Industrial Private Limited has been completed on March 31, 2022.

Shares of GE T&D India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 91.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12008 in over 227 trades.
