Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited annonces changes in board

The Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited have announces changes in the board.

Mr. M. M. Chitale (DIN: 00101004) has ceased to hold office as Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2022, consequent upon completion of his 2nd term as Independent Director; and

Mr. Vinayak Chatterjee (DIN: 00008933) has joined the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. April 1, 2022 as Additional Director, designated as Independent Director not liable to retire by rotation, for a period of five years including and up to March 31, 2027.
