BMW Industries Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.02

The Board of Directors of BMW Industries Limited have at their meeting held on March 31, 2022, which concluded at 4:30 PM IST, considered and approved an interim dividend of Re. 0.02 per equity shares of per value Re. 1/- each (i.e., @ 2% on per value of Shares) for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Board has fixed Wednesday 6, 2022 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The payment of Interim dividend will be made on or before April 11, 2022.
