Himachal Fibres Ltd approves settlement of debt

The board of directors of the company at the meeting held on March 30, 2022 have considered and approved the acceptance of Compromise & Settlement amount of Rs. 17.72 Cr. against principal outstanding of Rs. 19.63 cr. and total due of Rs. 21.06 cr in full and final settlements of the accounts of Himachal Fibres Limited.

Shares of HIMACHAL FIBRES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.51. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33718 in over 104 trades.
