S&P Global Ratings update on Bajaj Finance's credit rating

S&P Global Ratings had downgraded the credit rating of Bajaj Finance Limited from Long term rating of 'BBB-/Negative' and Short-term rating of 'A-3' to Long term rating of 'BB+/Stable' and Short-term rating of 'B'.

S&P Global Ratings have on 30 March 2022, revised the credit rating outlook of the Company to 'Positive' from 'Stable' while reaffirming the Long Term Rating at 'BB+' and Short Term Rating at 'B'.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7254.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7036.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46165 in over 6525 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7271.00 and intraday low of 7080.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 333326898.00.
