Le Lavoir Limited to raise Rs. 10 crore through rights issue

The Board of Directors of Le Lavoir Limited in their Board Meeting held on today i.e. 30th March, 2022 which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 7:15 PM, has decided to raise funds for expansion plan and various fund raising options up to a maximum limit of ₹ 10 Cr by way of Rights Issue.

Shares of LE Lavoir Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 45.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22652 in over 80 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 47.00 and intraday low of 44.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1008601.00.
