Edelweiss Financial Services declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited (the Board), at its meeting held today, declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.25 per share on the equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

The Board has fixed April 9, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend will be made on or before April 25, 2022.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 238789 in over 1518 trades.
