Sundaram Finance Ltd appoints Sri Srivats Ram as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Compensation and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Sundaram Finance Limited has, at the meeting held today, co-opted Sri Srivats Ram, Promoter, as an Additional Director to function as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board, liable to retire by rotation.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Madras and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, USA.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is the Managing Director of Wheels India Limited.

Shares of Sundaram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1891.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1910.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1186 in over 293 trades.
