Jindal Hotels Ltd allots 3.50 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Jindal Hotels Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. on Friday, 25th March, 2022, have discussed, approved and allotted 3,50,000 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 42/- (Rupees Forty Two Only) (price computed in accordance with ICDR Regulations), per Equity Share for cash aggregating to Rs. 1,47,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Forty Seven Lakhs Only) to the Promoters namely Mr. Piyush D. Shah & Mrs. Chanda P. Agrawal [proposed allottees] on preferential basis.
