Aurum PropTech to invest Rs. 4 crore in Aurum Softwares and Solutions Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Aurum PropTech Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on March 23, 2022, has approved the investment of INR 4,00,00,000 (Rupees Four Crore Only) in Aurum Softwares and Solutions Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by way of subscription to equity shares.

Shares of Aurum PropTech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 114.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 87480 in over 1427 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 119.45 and intraday low of 114.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10065523.00.
