CARE updates on ratings of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd

CARE Ratings has assigned a rating of CARE AA; Stable (Double A; Outlook: Stable) to the Long-Term Debt Instruments (Tier-II Bonds) of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd.

The earlier rating on Long-Term Debt Instruments (Long-Term Bank Facilities-Term Loans) of the Bank was CARE AA-/Stable (Double A Minus; Outlook: Stable).

The rating on Short-term Instruments (Certificate of Deposits) of the Bank has been reaffirmed at CARE Al+ (A One Plus).
