DCW Limited announces resignation of Independent Director

Mr. Salil Kapoor (DIN: 02256540) vide his letter dated March 22, 2022 has tendered his resignation from the post of an Independent Director of DCW Limited ("the Company") with effect from the close of business hours of March 22, 2022 due to other professional commitments. Mr. Salil Kapoor has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation, other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
