BEML Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY22

The Board of Directors of BEML Ltd in its meeting held on 22.03.2022, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 50% of paid up share capital) for the financial year 2021-22.

The Company had fixed the Record date as 30.03.2022 for payment of said interim dividend to the eligible equity shareholders.

Shares of BEML Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1552.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1553.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11788 in over 1140 trades.
