LIC Nominee Directors resigns from Ambuja Cements Limited

Mr. Praveen Kumar Molri (DIN:07810173), Nominee Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) representing Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has tendered his resignation from the directorship of Ambuja Cements Limited w.e.f 17th March, 2022 pursuant to the withdrawal of his nomination by LIC.

Shares of Ambuja Cements Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 306.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 309.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 244374 in over 4008 trades.
