Dhanlaxmi Bank board approves rights issue of Rs. 130 crore

The Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd at its meeting held on March 17, 2022, has considered and approved the augmentation of paid up capital by issue of equity shares on a rights basis for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 130 crore (including premium) to the eligible Shareholders of the Bank.

The further details of Rights issue including the pricing of the issue, record date, ratio and other details will be announced in due course.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.67. The total number of shares traded during the day was 86671 in over 244 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.99 and intraday low of 12.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1112112.00.
