Allcargo Logistics Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Allcargo Logistics Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, March 16, 2022, have approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three Only) (i.e. 150%) per equity share of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two Only) each.

The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched to all shareholders of the Company on or after March 26, 2022, whose names are registered as shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e. Friday, March 25, 2022.

Shares of Allcargo Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 312.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 317.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18737 in over 1474 trades.
