Sameer Gehlaut resigns from Indiabulls Housing Finance

Mr. Sameer Gehlaut has resigned from the office of Non-Executive Director of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited on March 14, 2022.

Further, in accordance with Regulation 31A(8)(a) of Listing Regulations, the company is in receipt of the requests from Mr. Sameer Gehlaut, Inuus Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Sameer Gehlaut IBH Trust, currently belonging to the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category of the Company ('Outgoing Promoters'), for their reclassification from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category, under the provisions of the Listing Regulations.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 150.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 929294 in over 6672 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152.00 and intraday low of 146.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 138571534.00.
