Foseco India Board declares 60% interim dividend

Foseco India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2006 has declared a third interim dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share of Rs 10 to the shareholders whose names appear on the registrar of members on October 27, 2006. In addition to the year-to-date cumulative Interim dividend 60%, this declaration brings the cumulative interim dividend to 120%.
