RITES Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of RITES Limited at the Meeting held today i.e., Monday, March 14, 2022, have declared 3rd interim dividend at the rate of 75% of paid up share capital (Rs. 7.50 per share).

Further, the Board of Directors have also fixed Friday, March 25, 2022, as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend.

Shares of RITES Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 246.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 249.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5555 in over 664 trades.
