UGRO Capital Limited to issue NCDs for Rs. 10 crores

The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of UGRO Capital Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e. Monday, 14th March 2022 has approved issuance of 100 Rated, Unlisted, Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-convertible Debentures ("Debentures") each bearing a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) aggregating up to Rs 10,00,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Crores only), for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 172.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 175.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25144 in over 860 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 177.80 and intraday low of 171.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4380630.00.
