Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd announces resignation of CEO

The Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. Friday, March 11, 2022, accepted the resignation of Mr. Pratik Rashmikant Pota (DIN 00751178) as the CEO and Wholetime Director of the Company as he wishes to pursue opportunities outside Jubilant FoodWorks Limited.

Mr. Pota will continue in his current role till Wednesday, June 15, 2022. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the outstanding contribution made by Mr. Pota during his tenure with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavors. The Board has also initiated the process of identifying his successor.

Shares of Jubilant Foodworks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2864.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2757.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69885 in over 9506 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2879.00 and intraday low of 2728.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 197233975.00.
