TANFAC Industries Ltd appoints Non-Independent Director

The board of directors of TANFAC Industries Ltd has approved appointment of Mr. Afzal Harunbhai Malkani (DIN: 07194226) as additional director of the Company, in the capacity of a Non-Executive and Non-Independent director with immediate effect. The aforesaid appointment is subject to approval of the shareholders within 3 months from the date of appointment.

The board of directors of the Company also took on record the resignation of Mr Jayant Vasant Dhobley (DIN 02402556) as a director of the Company with immediate effect and places its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by him during his tenure as director of the Company.

Consequent to the above change in the Board Composition, various committees of the Board have been reconstituted.
